Drawbacks to training in a gym?  Inclement weather, tight schedules, forgetting to pack something essential (socks anyone?), monthly membership fees regardless of whether you use the facility.

Sometimes showing up is the hardest thing to do.  There's always an excuse.  That's why I'll happily come to your home or workplace.

Go beyond lifting weights

Lifting weights (aka resistance training) is great and highly recommended for all ages and stages of life.  But perhaps your needs are different?

SERVICES IN BRIEF

Resistance Training

Strengthen, build muscle tone and bone density.  I can supply equipment or use what you have access to.

30, 45 or 60 minute sessions

Focus on your core muscles (30 of them!) to improve stability and overall functional strength, with extra balance work to develop confidence.

Postural Alignment

Address chronic pain due to misaligned hips, shoulders and/or spines.  Address conditions such as forward head, "tech neck" and pronated feet.

60 minute sessions
